If you are not located in our city (Los Angeles), you can still receive our quality mastering services by mailing us your CD. All CDs received via mail are postmarked. Upon receiving your CD, the mastering process will be completed in 2-3 days. Should we experience any delays in completing your order, we will notify you via phone or email.

PROCEDURE

The Quality of our work speaks for itself. We will send you a mastered sample for you to approve. No payment is required.

You may choose to receive your free mastered sample (30 sec -1 min) via regular mail or downloading a High Quality MP3 direct from our servers. It will be a quick download even if you are on dial-up modem.

Upon receiving your mastered sample, you may listen to it on various sound systems. Don't forget to compare it with your favorite CDs. (100 % risk free). If you are satisfied with the mastered sample, we will use it as a reference to complete your project.

Payment will be required to complete your project. If you are including payment with your order, please make the Money Order or Cashiers Check payable to Pappa E Records. Once payment is received, we will begin work to complete your entire CD for final delivery.

PREPARATION TIPS

Please ensure that your mixes have not been volume tampered. We prefer to receive mixes that have very minimal or no compression and limiting from the master bus. This will leave more room for the mastering engineer to work with. Finally, send us a CD-R containing all your mixes in either WAV or AIFF format.
