Our After Service Policy ensures that we strive to make you a satisfied customer in the end. If you feel the need to make a few adjustments after receiving your final mastererd product, we will be happy to fix them at no charge.

Please note that the mastering results will significantly depend on the quality of your mix. Unfortunately in some cases, a client may deliver us a poor mix and that mastering will not achieve any better results. Should we encounter any problems with your mixes, we will notify you early before we begin any work.

This especially goes out to those of you who record and mix from your home studio. One of the benefits of going with Pappa E Mastering is that you will get free consultation in tightening up your mixes. Normally, should this situation arise, we will work closely with you by giving you a few pointers to help re-polish your mix. This way, you can return to the studio and fix whatever necessary before re-delivering us the new mix. If your recordings  were professionally mixed by an experienced professional, there shouldn't be any major problems.
