THE GUARDS OF LUXOR Released: 11/05/05 Written, produced and arranged by Eu Jin Chan For many Egyptians, the source of life is the river Nile. Along this magnificent river sits an ancient village and temple called Luxor. During the 7th century BC, the Assyrians invaded Egypt and left the city in ruins. The theme portrays and symbolizes sadness, betrayal, hardship followed by their continuous struggle for a new strength.
